What image formats are supported in the presentation?

List of supported formats:

  • JPEG,

  • PNG,

  • GIF,

  • WBM,

  • GD2,

  • BMP,

  • WEBP.

If in the process of adding a presentation we found other image formats in it, then you will see its ‘failed’ status in CMS and a hint about the supported formats.

What fonts are supported?

The following fonts are currently supported:

  • Andale Mono

  • Arial Black

  • Arial (Bold, Italic, Bold Italic)

  • Comic Sans MS (Bold)

  • Courier New (Bold, Italic, Bold Italic)

  • Georgia (Bold, Italic, Bold Italic)

Please, if you do not have enough support for some standard font – let us know and we will try to add it as soon as possible.

What iOS versions does the app support?

iOS 14.5 and later.

How is the functionality on the website different from the functionality in the mobile app?

How will I know when my viewer starts watching the presentation?

If you have the mobile application installed and you have enabled the application to send notifications, then you will receive a push notification as soon as the listener connects to the presentation. By clicking on the notification, you can also connect to the presentation

How do I know if somebody begins watching my presentation when the notifications on my smartphone are turned off?

  1. Log in to the mobile app
  2. Click on the People icon in the top right corner
  3. You will see a list of listeners who are currently watching your presentations
  4. Click on the listener to connect to the presentation being viewed by the listener

Also, all notifications are saved under the “Bell” icon in the upper right corner.

Click on the “Bell” to see all push notifications that were sent to you

Click on the notification to connect to the presentation

What should I do if PPT/PPTX files are not imported correctly?

You are most likely using an unsupported image or font format. Review the lists of available fonts and images and edit your presentation

How do I rearrange slides in a presentation?

Go to the web version of Roi4Presenter. Select the desired presentation and click the “Edit” icon. Go to the “Presentation” tab

On this page you can:

  • delete slides
  • copy and paste slides
  • swap slides
  • add slide URL
  • add slide video

How do I turn off notifications?

To prevent the application from sending you notifications, you can disable notifications when you first enter the application or go to Phone Settings/Notifications and prohibit the Roi4Presenter application from sending notifications

Where can I see reports?

  1. Go to mobile app
  2. From the tab menu, select the “Reports” tab
  3. Find the desired report and click on it to view

 

Presentation reports are also sent to the presenter (presentation administrator) by email

How to add new fields in the lead form?

  1. Go to the web version of Roi4Presenter
  2. Select a presentation and click the “Create link” icon
  3. Select “Yes” in the setting “Request data from clients before entering the presentation”
  4. Click “Add Field”
  5. Enter the name of the field
  6. Select the data type for the generated field
  7. Check the checkbox “Required field” if you want to make the field required
  8. Click the “Save” button

Why did I get a notification that someone is watching my presentation from LinkedIn, but there is no viewer in my presentation?

On LinkedIn, you will receive one false hit, since the link is checked for viruses immediately by LinkedIn before the client receives it
